Service terms

These terms supplement BroFam's common terms for merchants using ReviewsBro.

Service

ReviewsBro collects, stores, displays, imports, and processes merchant-authorized product and seller reviews and associated media. Features may be limited during prerelease. Feed generation, provider connection, successful delivery, program approval, matching, and public display are distinct states.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants must provide accurate store information, obtain necessary rights and notices, avoid fabricated reviews, preserve imported-review provenance, and comply with consumer-protection and platform requirements. Merchants may not pressure reviewers, condition service on a rating, or suppress lawful criticism. Seller reviews may not receive benefits. Any permitted product-review benefit must be sentiment-neutral and accurately disclosed.

Review integrity

The review integrity policy governs incentives, fraud, spam, moderation, removal, reviewer deletion, and destination-specific feed treatment. A merchant's disagreement with a review is not a removal reason.

Media

Customers must own or have permission to submit media. ReviewsBro may reject unsafe, unsupported, oversized, infringing, or policy-violating media. Processing and moderation do not guarantee that malicious or unlawful content will always be detected.

Third-party programs

Shopify, Google, and other providers control their own approvals, matching, display, and policies. ReviewsBro does not guarantee Google ratings, rich results, Shopify approval, search placement, traffic, or sales. Imported reviews may not qualify for third-party feeds or syndication. ReviewsBro is not currently a Google-supported Product Ratings aggregator or Store Ratings partner.

Availability and changes

BroFam works to operate ReviewsBro reliably but does not promise uninterrupted availability. Features and limits may change for security, provider compliance, cost protection, or service improvement. Material changes to these terms receive a new version and effective date.
